With a strong background in Product Development, we are currently seeking to hire a Visual Communication Designer / Graphic Designer for full-time or project based contractual role. If you are great at Illustrations, Graphics and Brand Labeling, this would be a brilliant opportunity to lead. We currently have a wide range of industry projects which designers passionate in this field will enjoy working on. During this role, they will closely work with the management to develop impactful visual assets that align with client requirements and industry standards. From designing packaging materials to creating logos, brochures, and flyers, the designer’s skills in design and illustration will be key to delivering exceptional work. Our efforts are to maintain a consistent and high-quality work for clients. We’re looking for someone who can ensure that all design materials adhere to project guidelines while also pushing creative boundaries. Staying updated on design trends and industry best practices will be crucial, as it helps elevate the quality and relevance of our work. Position: Visual Communication Designer (Full-time/Contractual) Responsibilities: Communicate and present design concepts effectively, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals. Leverage softwares and creative skills to produce visually captivating and impactful designs for various digital and print assets, such as packaging graphics, logos, brochures, and flyers, showcasing proficiency in illustration. Prepare design files with precision for both print and digital production. Ensure consistency in brand identity across all materials, adhering to established brand guidelines. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and deliver creative design solutions. Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines with high-quality and detailed outcomes. Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices, integrating them into your work. Actively participate in design reviews and remain open to revisions as required by management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes. Demonstrate a willingness to grow creatively and learn beyond the scope of the role. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design/Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent work experience; eg: Animation with good graphic design sensibilities). A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including illustrations. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and Procreate. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively. Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
