Job title: OpenText Specialist – SAP Integration (Minimum 5+ Years of Experience with OpenText-SAP) Location & Travel Details: India (Bangalore preferred) Duration: 12 Months with possible extension Start Date: August 1, 2025 (Immediate) Distribution Effort : 5/Days per week Rate/hr : Open + expenses Project Role : Technical Services/ Development Short description : OpenText Specialist LLD Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced OpenText professional with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on expertise in enterprise content management and archiving solutions. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical and functional knowledge of OpenText technologies, particularly within SAP-integrated environments. This role requires proficiency with platforms such as VIM, Archive Server, Archive Center, Content Server, xECM, and Core Archive Connector. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end implementation of OpenText solutions, including VIM, Archive Server, Archive Center, and Extended ECM (xECM). • Design and deploy document and data archiving solutions leveraging Archive Server, Archive Center, and Core Archive Connector. • Configure and optimize Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) processes integrated with SAP ECC and S/4HANA. • Architect and implement OpenText Content Server and xECM tailored to business needs. • Lead or support the migration of legacy content into modern OpenText platforms. • Serve as a subject matter expert, advising IT and business teams on best practices, governance, and roadmap planning. • Collaborate cross-functionally with SAP, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: • OpenText technologies o Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) – configuration, workflow, OCR/ICC/BCC/IES integration (e.g., Intelligent Capture, Business Center) o Archive Server, Archive Center, Core Archive Connector o OpenText Content Server and Extended ECM (xECM) • In-depth understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration, including Archive Link and document workflows • Experience with OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) • Familiarity with Enterprise Scan and other document capture tools • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams
