Job Overview: We’re hiring an experienced Operations Executive to manage daily supply chain activities, including GRN processing , logistics coordination , and inventory control . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C operations within the personal care or beauty sector . Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations including order processing, logistics, and stock movement Handle Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) – verify incoming goods and ensure accurate system entries Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries and cost-effective operations Track inventory levels and support warehouse teams with reconciliations Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to resolve operational issues Maintain operational reports and ensure documentation accuracy Requirements: 4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, and GRN handling Background in B2C, preferably personal care/beauty industry Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with D2C platforms Immediate joiners or candidates who can in 15 days preferred.
