Only immediate joiners (Within 8-10 days) 3+ Years Note: Experience with someone who had worked with universities or corporate offices (NO SCHOOL) Electronic City, Bangalore (ONSITE) Teach and mentor students in spoken English, presentation skills, interview preparation, and professional communication Lead soft skills workshops focused on confidence-building, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal communication Serve as a go-to mentor for students — building strong, positive relationships on campus Create engaging content, activities, and assignments that enhance learning outcomes Participate in campus events, clubs, and student engagement initiatives Collaborate with faculty to align communication training with academic and career goals ✅ What We’re Looking For Excellent command of spoken and written English Friendly and student-centric personality — someone learners feel comfortable around 2–6 years of experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in English and/or communication Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom engagement skills Willingness to be physically present and active on campus Ability to support or lead student-led clubs, events, or soft skill initiatives
