(We are amongst the fastest growing companies in Asia Pacific as per Financial times ) Recent spotlight on amber: Selected candidates’ day-to-day responsibilities include: On boarding new properties in the USA, Canada, EU, to maximize our inventory. Maintain excellent relationship with a portfolio of our key student accommodation providers Communicating over emails or calls with the property management groups across the USA, Canada, EU, to maintain a good working relationship Working on weekly/monthly and quarterly performance reports and presenting it to management Skills required: Excellent proven team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good online research and data analytical skills Good in MS-Excel usage Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant field Will be able to work in the US shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM). Preferred if: You have experience in the real estate and hospitality industry. Extremely well versed with MS-Excel use and running reports as needed. Exposure in the international sales and business development role especially in USA, UK or Australia market.
