The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the medical device industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing large sales teams, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across India. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to drive business growth. Identify new business opportunities, key markets, and potential clients in the medical device sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, distributors, and channel partners. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and regulatory teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
