Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dependable IT Administrator to manage the company’s entire IT infrastructure. The role requires hands-on experience with system and network administration, along with expertise in managing cloud-based servers on Microsoft Azure and Amazon EC2 (AWS). The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of both on-premise and cloud environments while providing technical support to internal teams. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain cloud servers including: – Azure VMs, virtual networks, storage, and monitoring – AWS EC2 instances, security groups, and remote access • Manage on-premise servers (Windows/Linux) including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy • Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) • Ensure optimal performance, security, and availability of network and system resources • Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware/software/network issues across the company • Set up and monitor VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint security systems • Perform scheduled data backups, system updates, and recovery testing • Manage Microsoft 365 and other SaaS environments as needed • Document infrastructure changes, licenses, asset inventory, and SOPs • Liaise with external vendors for procurement and IT support Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud server administration • Strong working knowledge of: – Microsoft Azure – VM deployment, network configuration, resource groups – Amazon AWS EC2 – Instance creation, SSH access, security configuration – Windows Server & Linux systems – Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) – Firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security • Familiarity with backup tools (e.g., Veeam, Acronis) • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Preferred Certifications • Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate / SysOps Administrator • CCNA / MCSA / CompTIA Network+
