Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Underwriting Employee Benefit Specialist, located in Pune. The Underwriting Employee Benefit Specialist will be responsible for evaluating insurance applications, assessing risk levels, determining coverage terms, and ensuring policy compliance. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing applications, analyzing data, coordinating with clients and team members, and preparing QUOTES. The role also involves coordinating with customers and insurance companies, data management, continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and regulations. Qualifications Experience in Underwriting, Risk Assessment, and Policy Compliance for Employee benefit(GMC/GPA/GTL). Strong analytical and data analysis skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and advance excel. Attention to detail and work under pressure. Proficiency in using underwriting software and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in Employee Benefits is a plus Ready to travel and meet customers. Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field must have 2wheeler and license and position is based in Pune Kothrud so near by candidates are preferred.
