Job Title: HSE Officer (FPSO) Location: Offshore FPSO (Rotation) Experience: Minimum 10 years in HSE roles, including 5+ years in offshore oil & gas, preferably on FPSOs. Role Overview: The HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance on the FPSO. This includes implementing HSE policies, conducting risk assessments, leading safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: HSE Management: Implement and oversee HSE policies, procedures, and audits to ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards. Risk Assessment: Conduct and review risk assessments, JHAs, and safety planning for offshore operations. Training & Awareness: Deliver safety training, conduct emergency response drills, and ensure staff compliance with safety protocols. Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents/incidents, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate reporting. Safety Culture: Promote a proactive safety culture, conducting toolbox talks and daily briefings. Environmental Protection: Ensure adherence to environmental standards, minimizing waste, emissions, and spills. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical/Mechanical/Petroleum/Marine with Certification/Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment & Risk Management. NEBOSH International Certificate preferred. Certifications: OPITO approved BOSIET Certificate & UKOOA/DGS approved Medical Fitness Certificate.
