Leadership & team management skills 2. Good communication skill, Shift planning, manpower handling 3. Well versed with problem solving tools like 5Why, RCA, CAPA, 8D, FMEA, 7QC tools etc 4. Assign tasks and ensure team members follow safety & operational guidelines. 5. Preparation troubleshooting reports, testing machine errors & maintaining ledger files for the Issues. 6. Ensure availability of production jigs & ensure the functioning of jigs for uninterrupted production. 7. Controlling of production budget for consumables, inventory management of critical spares. 8. Implement process improvements to reduce defects and increase efficiency. 9. Responsible for installation of Functional testers, in circuit testers, testing machine pre acceptance. 10. Responsible for technology transfer, NPI, localizations & spare management. 11. Debug specialist for ICT-OKANO 7000, 7000ST, Yokogawa flashing system EEPROM & EOL test systems. 12. Manage Test Engineering team to handle daily testing related activities on shop floor. 13. Supporting drawing changes, test system updates, software updates for the test equipment in the existing processes & products. 14. Guiding production on manufacturing process & conducting trainings for new persons. 15. Defining the process flow in SMT section, Assembly section & other processes for the new product. 16. Preparation of qualification & operational documentation for all the test systems & processes. 17. Participating In new product meetings to define & validate the new product requirements working with the cross functional teams on product validation. 18. To ensure all test equipment is maintained to the best condition for minimum downtime. 19. Calibration of testing equipment, maintenance of tester ledgers, tester jigs. 20. Hands on experience in using measuring equipment like digital multi meter, Oscilloscopes, current probes, Curve tracer, X-ray machines. 21.
