Job Title : Middleware E2.1 Specialist Location : Pune, India Department : IT Services Job Level : E2.1 Technology Focus : IIS, Web Server, Websphere, AEM, HIS (TIBCO), T3 Job Overview: HCLTech is seeking a Middleware E2.1 Specialist to join our dynamic team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling middleware technologies like IIS , Websphere , AEM , HIS (TIBCO) , and T3 , ensuring seamless system integration, performance optimization, and high availability. This is a key role for someone who has extensive expertise in enterprise-level middleware platforms and is looking to drive improvements within complex IT infrastructures. Key Responsibilities: Middleware Management : Administration, configuration, and optimization of IIS , Websphere , AEM , HIS (TIBCO) , and T3 middleware platforms. Problem Resolution : Proactively troubleshoot middleware-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. Integration Support : Manage integration processes between various applications and middleware platforms, ensuring that enterprise systems function cohesively. Performance Tuning : Work on identifying performance bottlenecks and optimize the middleware services to enhance speed and reliability. Automation : Implement and maintain automation processes for configuration, deployments, and monitoring of middleware environments. Security and Compliance : Ensure all middleware services adhere to security policies and industry best practices. Collaboration : Work closely with application teams, infrastructure engineers, and business units to ensure smooth system deployment and support. Documentation : Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. Incident Management : Participate in incident management processes and provide solutions for complex issues related to middleware technologies. Skills & Qualifications: Experience : 4-7 years of experience in managing middleware technologies like IIS , Websphere , AEM , HIS (TIBCO) , and T3 . Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of IIS Web Servers and Websphere application servers. Proficient in managing AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) environments. Strong experience with HIS (TIBCO) and T3 technologies. Familiarity with system integrations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting middleware-related issues. Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting for middleware platforms. Soft Skills : Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Middleware Technologies (e.g., Websphere , TIBCO , AEM ) would be an advantage. Experience with cloud-based middleware solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
