Job Description

Job Title: Sales Coordinator Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Max. 15 Days Location: Hyderabad Job Responsibilities: Arrange meetings and sales appointments for the sales team. Provide product information to both the sales team and customers. Coordinate with other departments (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure the sales team has the resources they need. Order Management: Process orders, ensure accuracy, on-time delivery, and follow up on orders with dealers and OEMs. Oversee the order process; from receiving orders to ensuring delivery, timelines are met. Process customer orders in the CRM system and ensure accuracy in the orders. Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing queries and providing timely updates. Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales opportunities. Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service to retain clients. Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, revenue tracking, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify sales trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for sales team performance and provide feedback. Arrange meetings and sales appointments for the sales team. Coordinate travel and event logistics, such as trade shows or client meetings. Manage calendars and schedules to ensure efficient use of time. Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments within the company. Handle incoming inquiries and provide support for both internal and external communications. Ensure timely communication between all parties involved in the sales process. Ensure that all sales documentation is properly filed and accessible. Prepare contracts, agreements, and other sales-related documents. Stay informed about new product offerings and updates, and help train the sales team on these changes. Ensure that the sales team has access to up-to-date product catalogs and pricing information. Support Sales Team: Schedule appointments, provide updated support materials. Customer Communication: Address inquiries, inform of delays, and coordinate deliveries. Quotation Preparation: Create personalized quotes, submit promptly. Qualifications: Candidates with knowledge of Tamil language will be preferred. 3–4 years of sales experience. Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office and sales-related applications. Excellent time-management and organizational abilities.
