The Opportunity We’re looking for a mid-level Product Designer (2–5 years experience) to own end-to-end design for new and existing web-based features. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with product managers, engineers, and the founding team in our office, turning complex creator workflows into simple, elegant experiences. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning complex workflows into clean, intuitive UI—and wants to work closely with PMs, engineers, and founders who care deeply about craft. What You’ll Do: Discover & Define Talk to real users, run lightweight research, and uncover what’s broken (and what’s working). Translate data, product briefs, and gut-feels into crystal-clear design problems. Design & Deliver Build user flows, wireframes, and beautiful high-fidelity mocks in Figma. Own and evolve our design system—clean, consistent, scalable. Partner tightly with engineers to ship interfaces that are not just functional, but delightful. Measure & Iterate Track usability and feature adoption (think SUS scores, completion rates). Lead post-launch retros—what worked, what didn’t, and what we’re doing better next time. Must-Haves: 2–5 years of product/UX design experience (web apps/SaaS). A strong portfolio that shows real product thinking and shipped features. Deep Figma knowledge—auto-layouts, components, design systems. Confident working across product, engineering, and founders in a fast-moving team. Nice-to-Haves (aka, bonus points!) Motion design/micro-interaction skills to add delight where it matters. Comfort with AI tools (Galileo, Magician, Midjourney) to speed up ideation. Understanding of HTML/CSS—enough to talk dev fluently. Experience with creator tools, dashboards, or data-heavy UIs. Vibe-coding? We love designers who can set the tone visually from Day 1. How We Define Success: Features you ship score high on usability (SUS ≥ 80). Weekly active usage grows steadily—your designs actually get used. Our design system stays clean and scalable, not chaotic. People love working with you. Clear comms, thoughtful feedback, zero ego. Perks & Benefits Competitive salary + performance-linked bonus Choose your own hardware + pro Figma & Adobe licenses Annual learning budget (courses, AI tools, design conferences) A builder-first culture that respects design as much as code Join Us If you’re a designer who loves digging deep, collaborating wide, and shipping fast—we’d love to meet you.
