Be Customer Obsessed Be Courageous with Your Point of View Challenge the Status Quo Act Like an Entrepreneur Have an “It Can Be Done” Attitude Do the Right Thing Be Accountable About This Opportunity Job Title: Sr Graphic Designer Location: Bangalore Job Description: The role of the Senior Engagement Lead is to produce & manage creative content for Open Strong | Stay Strong campaigns to include print, social, and digital platforms in accordance with Brand Guidelines & current national strategies. Ensure cosmetic & messaging consistency across OSSS program components. Responsibilities Create and publish graphics & content for print, digital and social collateral in accordance with 7-Eleven Brand Guidelines to support each Open Strong | Stay Strong (OSSS) event; Track & monitor results of each campaign to ensure effectiveness while remaining within allocated budget. Create, update & maintain graphics for OSSS banners, flags and other exterior décor items to ensure consistency and adherence to Brand Standards. Regularly communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Restaurants, Operations, Real Estate, Digital, Delivery and other departments, to ensure appropriate messaging & offers are included in material. Create community engagement campaigns for OSSS events to include outreach to schools, hospitals, public safety departments, industrial/distribution centers and other community organizations; Create and publish operating manuals with templates for use by all stores and franchisees. Manage third-party vendor relationships as needed to ensure quality and performance expectations are met. Qualifications Bachelors/4 Yr Degree with 5+ years of relevant exp in Graphic design. Required Skills Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or other creative digital software. Advanced knowledge of & experience with creating & publishing paid social media, digital and audio campaigns. Intermediate knowledge of local marketing campaign strategies in the retail sector.
