Manage relationships with distributors and dealers to increase primary and secondary sales. Develop and expand the dealer network to achieve deeper market penetration. Monitor competitor sales activities, pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities and threats. Design and implement marketing strategies to address sales shortfalls and support business growth. Oversee branding and advertising initiatives to enhance brand visibility and awareness within the territory. Address and resolve service-related issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and develop the distributor sales teams by enhancing their communication skills and overall performance. Qualifications Relevant graduation degree / Diploma (3 yr) 3-10 years' quota carrying sales experience. Channel sales experience in products like Modular switches/Switchgear/Cables/Wires/Lighting .
