Aoki is hiring a graphic designer! Location: Okhla / Greater Noida (Hybrid) Experience: 2–3 Years About the Role We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and driven Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. If you're someone who obsesses over pixel-perfect layouts, thrives in a fast-paced, mission-led environment, and loves combining design fundamentals with AI-powered tools, we want you! This is a hybrid role based out of Okhla / Greater Noida, with 2–3 days in-office. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and brand teams to shape visual content that speaks to our premium brand identity. What You’ll Do Design marketing and communication collaterals - digital banners, social media creatives, emailers, ads, and pitch decks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring visual consistency across all brand touch points. Use tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create compelling graphics. Experiment with the latest AI-based design tools to automate workflows and push creative boundaries. Support UI/UX design needs for product interfaces, landing pages, and promotional microsites. Translate complex ideas into simple, effective visuals. Contribute to the evolution of our visual brand language and asset libraries. You Should Have 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with consumer brands or agencies. Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Working knowledge of AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or Adobe Firefly is a big plus. A strong design portfolio that showcases your versatility - from minimal digital ads to high-impact brand visuals. A good eye for typography, colour, layout, and hierarchy. An understanding of branding, design systems, and consistency across platforms. A self-starter mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Bonus Points If You Have experience in motion graphics or basic animation (After Effects or similar). Are curious about AI/ML-driven design automation and generative design workflows. Are passionate about sustainability, innovation, and premium consumer experiences.
