Client Servicing Executive Qualification- Any Graduate, MBA Marketing preferred Experience- 2-3 years (Fresher with excellent communication skills also welcome) Certification- NISM - VA is and added advantage Number of positions - 3 (Male/Female) Job Description- Identify and On-board new clients through proactive outreach efforts Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing personalized service and support to address their investment needs and objectives. Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences, and recommend suitable mutual fund products and solutions. Educate customers on the product benefits Conduct periodic portfolio reviews with clients to evaluate their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial needs. Implement timely portfolio adjustments and rebalancing strategies to optimize portfolio performance and manage risk. Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes impacting the mutual fund industry Offering prompt service to clients – resolve queries, complete service requests, email reports, etc. Meeting clients for completion of investments and any follow-ups Diligently operate an investment software to tally transactions and handle customer investment data Ongoing administrative work Skills Required-  Should have fluency in communication with confidence.  Should have pleasant personality with positive attitude  Energetic individuals with a dream to build a career in the financial services industry.  Eagerness to learn  “Go-Getter” Attitude Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
