Location: Bangalore Education: Post Graduation/Preferably PGDM/MBA(Finance) Vertical: Fixed Income Markets - Sales Experience: 3-6 years (relevant) Job Role / Responsibilities : Responsible to be part of the growing fixed income sales team in South. Responsible in connecting with Wealth Aggregators, IFAs, Family Offices, Corporate Treasuries, Start Ups, UHNIs…etc. Sharing, guiding and driving through the investment opportunities in Fixed Income. Responsible for cultivating new client relationships Responsible for servicing and increasing depth with a focussed approach. Responsible for identifying clients’ requirements, assessing their risk appetite and tailoring investment options accordingly, thereby contributing to the desk revenue Coordinating with Head Office, Understanding about various securities or new opportunities available in the debt market. Liasoning the same with clients. Responsible for sharing fixed income offers with clients, trying for deal conversion Coordinating with Mid office, Banks. Responsible for smoother settlements of transactions Being abreast with regular market updates. Responsible for maintaining and updating client data at frequent intervals. Responsible for achieving healthy revenues without compromising on clients’ profitability. Responsible for working on reports/customisation as per clients requirements(in terms of financials/Top Investors/Shareholding…etc) Responsible for keeping a record of regular transactions and updating the same in Database. Skills Required: Strong inter/intra personal skills Presentation skills Self Starter and Ability/Agility to learn Basics of Excel and Powerpoint Aggressiveness towards Goal Completion If candidate has basic understanding of Capital markets(Equity or Debt) will be an added advantage. Language : If the candidate is aware of any south speaking languages(Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu) will be an added advantage.
