Job Title: Google Ads Specialist (B2B Lead Generation – Call Center/BPO)Job Type:  Full-time Location:  Gurgaon Experience:  3-5 years in B2B Google Ads, preferably in Call Center/BPO lead generation Apply: I mmediate Joiners Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Google Search Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for B2B lead generation in the Call Center, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and SaaS sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running high-conversion Google Ads campaigns targeting India and international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.). Key Responsibilities:  Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns for B2B lead generation. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to maximize lead quality. A/B test ad copies, landing pages, and CTAs for better conversion rates.  Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Focus on cost-per-lead (CPL) reduction while scaling lead volume. Optimize campaigns for call center/BPO services (outbound sales, customer support, telemarketing, etc.). Work with sales teams to align ads with lead qualification criteria.  Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs: CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROI. Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM tools to track lead quality. Provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.  Budget & Bid Management: Manage monthly ad budgets (₹5L+) efficiently. Implement smart bidding strategies (Target CPA, Maximize Conversions). Optimize for high-intent keywords in international markets. Requirements:✔ 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display) for B2B lead generation. ✔ Proven success in Call Center/BPO/SaaS lead generation campaigns. ✔ Expertise in keyword research, audience segmentation, and remarketing. ✔ Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Data Studio). Preferred Skills: Experience with domestic and international markets (US, UK, UAE). Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads (for B2B) is a plus. Basic understanding of landing page optimization (Unbounce, Instapage).
