Position Title: Senior Project Manager – Warehouse Construction Budget - 50 lakhs + incentives Experience Required: Minimum 10 years (with relevant experience in warehouse construction) Reporting To: Head – Projects Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in warehouse/industrial construction to lead and manage our end-to-end project lifecycle—from planning and approvals to execution and handover. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of warehouse construction standards, regulatory requirements, and on-site execution across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of warehouse construction projects across multiple sites. Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; ensure timely delivery within cost and quality benchmarks. Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, legal) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, consultants, and government bodies). Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, safety standards, and quality norms. Oversee procurement of materials and ensure optimal resource utilization at site. Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Maintain accurate documentation including project progress reports, billing, and contracts. Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance for construction and occupancy. Manage stakeholder communication, provide timely updates to senior leadership, and facilitate smooth project handover. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering/project management, with at least 5+ years specifically in warehouse/industrial construction. Proven track record of delivering warehouse projects (including PEB, RCC structures, utilities, etc.). Strong understanding of structural, MEP, fire safety, and warehouse-specific infrastructure (docks, flooring, ventilation, etc.). Ability to manage multiple sites and large contractor/vendor teams. Familiarity with local building codes, zoning laws, and statutory regulations. Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other construction management tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s or PMP certification is a plus). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Willingness to travel across project sites as required.
