Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Techno-Managerial Leader with strong expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning to lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AI/ML solution delivery, along with the capability to drive innovation and manage cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 10+ data scientists, ML engineers, and AI developers. Architect and oversee the development of GenAI and ML-based solutions . Drive project execution, delivery timelines, and solution quality. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ML/AI models. Mentor junior team members and ensure skill development within the team. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning , Deep Learning , and GenAI frameworks (e.g., LLMs, RAG, LangChain, etc.). Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Strong programming skills in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Proven team management experience of 4 years to 5 years , with leadership over a 10 -member team .
