As the Head of FP&A, you will be the strategic financial partner to the executive leadership team. This role requires someone with strong financial acumen, business insight, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. You’ll lead all planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analytics to help drive informed decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Strategy & Planning Own and drive the company’s annual operating plan (AOP), long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across all business lines. Build financial models and frameworks to evaluate business opportunities, cost structures, and revenue drivers. 2. Business Partnering & Decision Support Work closely with business leaders across Product, Tech, Sales, Supply, and Growth to evaluate strategic initiatives and investments. Develop business cases for new projects, partnerships, or product lines with ROI analysis. 3. Performance Management Track KPIs, unit economics, and financial performance against plans, highlighting variances and driving accountability. Establish dashboards, reporting systems, and tools for real-time business visibility. 4. Investor & Board Readiness Partner with CFO to prepare investor decks, board presentations, and fundraising materials. Support due diligence and financial narratives during funding or M&A activities. 5. Leadership & Team Building Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team. Drive a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and business ownership across departments. Key Requirements CA / MBA Finance from Tier-1/2 institute preferred. 10–15 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership FP&A role. Strong grasp of accounting, financial modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting tools. Proven track record in partnering with leadership teams and influencing strategic decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills – comfortable working with CxOs and external stakeholders. Prior experience in a high-growth startup or technology-led business is a strong plus.
