About the Role Deliver training solutions with expertise in Global Payroll systems across the globe tailored to suit Timezone, Cultural and Language needs, learner styles and role specific needs to internal employees as well as external clients. Responsibilities: Maintain and continuously improve the Learning management System to enhance internal staff learning experience for impactful engagement. Onboarding of all new starters for GPMS system and Payroll Processes through a dedicated Bootcamp training programme. Production of training materials to external clients for communication via client newsletter and or requested dedicated Client training which addresses complex requirements tailored to clients and reporting needs. Partner with internal departments but as priority product development to support the production of training materials for new features and releases to promote timely adoption. Post-training, evaluating the effectiveness of the training to ensure at least 80% success rate. This can be gathered via feedback through surveys or through in training assessments/quizzes to determine if the training objectives were met. Provide guidance and support to individuals on the technology and process as required and within the remits of the training role. Given the close nature of the relationship between the end user and the product, the training team are encouraged to support feedback on product bugs, improvements and suggestions to help the continuous improvement of the products and services, contributing to a positive client experience. Key requirements: Should aspire to deliver high-impact training content to internal employees and external clients, with a par cular focus on Global Payroll systems Graduate/ Post graduate in any stream The ability to manage mul ple tasks and schedules efficiently is crucial. Strong organiza onal skills ensure that training programs run smoothly Excellent verbal and wri en communica on to convey training material clearly. Strong relaonship-building skills to work with diverse teams and departments Ability to assess training needs by analyzing data and consul ng with teams Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platorms Expert in company’s Product and processes to be able to train internal and external users on the products
