Position - Finance (Accounts Payable) Business Analyst / SAP Functional Consultant Experience – 5+ Years Job location – Baner, Pune Mode of work – WFO Shift time – 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Business Analyst / SAP Functional Consultant with a strong background in Accounts Payable (AP) processes. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Accounts Payable solutions integrated with ERP / SAP / Oracle / others systems. SAP MM or FI consultant with experience in delivering Accounts Payable Invoice Processing Solution Analyze and document end-to-end Accounts Payable business processes. Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications . Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand procurement and specifically Invoice management processes Key Responsibilities: Understand Business Requirement Translate business requirements into to functional requirements for the developers (Users Stories or Functional Specifications) Prepare Test Scenarios and scripts Execute Testing Preferred skills / qualification Previous experience in working with Accounts Payable solution or Supplier portal solution Good understanding of India GST rules and regulation Proven experience in working with technical team and good understanding of difference between business and functional requirement Ability to lead the team and mentor the team for skill building Experience of working with tools like Postman, SOAPUI (for API testing) , SAP Modules such as MM, FI (AP part only)
