This role involves on-site project coordination, execution, and supervision of interior fit-out and civil works for commercial spaces. Ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in civil engineering. Key Responsibilities : Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing on-site construction activities. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design teams to ensure smooth execution. Monitor daily work progress and report to the Project Manager. Ensure quality control, safety standards, and adherence to project timelines. Track material movement, site requirements, and inventory. Conduct site inspections and maintain proper documentation. Assist in preparing reports, BOQs, and measurement sheets. Handle client queries and support project handover processes. Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Strong understanding of civil and interior fit-out project workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time efficiently and work under tight deadlines. Willingness to travel and work at different project sites. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Office will be an added advantage.
