What You’ll Do Design Guest Journeys – Map end-to-end experiences, from website clicks to post-stay follow-ups, ensuring every touchpoint feels personal and seamless. Master the Zoho Ecosystem – Build and optimise workflows across Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Creator, and more, keeping data pristine and processes smooth. Launch Campaigns That Convert – Execute email and WhatsApp campaigns that drive engagement, from lead magnets to referral drives. Be the Tech Hero – Troubleshoot glitches, integrate tools (like Google Ads and Meta), and ensure everything works like a well-oiled machine. What You Bring 3–6 years of hands-on Zoho CRM experience (bonus for Creator, SalesIQ, or Forms) A passion for hospitality, luxury, wellness, or high-touch service experience is a plus A track record of blending strategy with execution (no “theorists” here) SQL/Deluge skills (nice to have for complex data tasks) Stellar communication, you can train non-tech teams and align stakeholders with ease A ‘test, learn, iterate’ mindset and an eye for detail Nice-to-Haves Experience with Intercom, Drift, or conversational marketing tools Familiarity with Google Ads/Meta Business Manager Knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR/COPPA) A love for wellness travel or medical wellness trends Why Join Us?
