Ensure timely and professional communication with both prospective and existing clients. Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in tracking and processing orders, preparing sales quotes, and maintaining up-to-date sales records. Post-Sales Support: Manage customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with timely resolutions. Client Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and offer support with product usage or additional purchases. Assisting with Sales Campaigns and Promotions. Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly sales and customer service reports for management review through sales report. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, sales or related field. Graduate in BMS or similar course. Speaking and writing skills to include efficiency in English, Hindi (and Marathi if possible) Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere with excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills. Drafting of Emails & Messages. Well-versed with Microsoft Office Excel specially for data analysis and extracting useful insights. Knowledge of gardening or agricultural products is a plus.
