Role This is a full-time role for a Technical Lead - Python, located in Bengaluru. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of Python-based automation solutions, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Daily tasks include coding, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. The Technical Lead will also work closely with project managers to ensure timely project delivery and adhere to best practices in software development. Responsibilities Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and gather software requirements, translating business needs into functional/technical solutions. Manage the software development process, ensuring that the team adheres to deadlines and produces high-quality deliverables. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and guide the team in following best practices. Regularly present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, tracking project milestones, timelines, and risks. Provide technical leadership in microservices architecture, and cloud-based systems (Azure). Promote an agile work environment by organizing and leading scrum ceremonies, ensuring efficient sprint planning and execution. Ensure smooth client interactions, tracking requirements, progress, and deliverables, while managing client expectations. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the development cycle, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline. Requirements 8+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in Python, Django, FastAPI, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, and building multi-tenant applications. In-depth understanding of GenAI technologies and their practical application in enterprise systems. Extensive experience in microservices and serverless architecture, along with the integration of software solutions across different technologies. Strong experience in Azure functions , Azure App Services and Azure CI/CD Strong experience in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, with hands-on knowledge of containerized deployments. Proven track record in leading software teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery. 3+ years of experience managing agile projects using Azure Boards, with knowledge of scrum methodologies and ceremonies. Ability to interact directly with clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring successful project delivery. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide team members in their technical and professional growth. Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting technical reports and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Location : Bangalore
