Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Nashik. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, addressing and resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer experience. Daily tasks include managing phone communications, responding to email inquiries, and providing assistance to customers in a professional manner. Qualifications Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills Customer Satisfaction and Phone Etiquette skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
