At GLA university, we are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team and play a crucial role in creating eBooks, eLearning tutorials, video-based content, and storyboards. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality digital learning materials that effectively convey information and enhance learner engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and multimedia professionals. Responsibilities Design and create instructional materials, including eBooks, eLearning modules, video scripts, and storyboards that align with learning objectives and enhance user engagement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and learning goals, ensuring that content is tailored to the target audience. • Develop detailed storyboards for eLearning courses and video content, outlining the structure, flow, and visual elements of each project. • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to integrate multimedia elements into instructional materials. • Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with instructional goals, ensuring high-quality deliverables. • Implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of instructional materials and make data-driven improvements. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. • Stay current with trends in instructional design, eLearning technologies, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of learning materials.
