The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.  Responsibilities Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent in product engineering, AI, and DataOps. Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience aligned with our innovation-driven culture. Lead employee engagement programs to drive motivation and retention. Champion a culture of total experience, design thinking, and NextGen workforce collaboration. Organize well-being programs, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and leadership development. Oversee performance management frameworks with structured feedback loops. Implement learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. Work closely with leadership to establish career growth roadmaps for employees. Design and manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and retention strategies. Ensure compliance with labour laws, industry best practices, and HR policies. Drive HR analytics to optimize workforce planning and engagement. Leverage GenAI and HR analytics for data driven decision-making. Implement HRMS tools to streamline operations and enhance employee experience. Drive automation and AI-led efficiencies in HR processes.  Qualifications Experience: 12-15 years. Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. Other Requirements: Learning Attitude, Ownership skills.
