We’re currently expanding our sales team for a new premium residential apartment project located in Rajarajeshwari Nagar (RR Nagar), Bengaluru. Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join us at the project site in RR Nagar. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential real estate sales and a passion for building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer walk-ins and end-to-end residential sales Drive lead follow-ups and conversions from digital campaigns and channel partner sources Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Handle incoming and follow-up calls from prospective buyers Identify and engage new channel partners and business opportunities Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction post-sale Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance to senior leadership Qualifications: 3–4 years of proven experience in residential real estate sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills High lead conversion and closing ability Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Preferably based within 5–7 km of RR Nagar Experience managing channel partners is an advantage
