Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Domestic Market Location: Santacruz, Mumbai (On-site) About the Role We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to work from our Mumbai office and manage high-intent inbound leads from parents across India. Your goal is to convert interest into sales, build long-term relationships, and support user retention through upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities Engage with inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp & email Understand customer needs and convert leads into paying users Recommend upgrades, bundles, and advanced plans Track deals, follow-ups, and call metrics in CRM systems Ensure smooth onboarding and solve user queries Provide regular insights to the marketing and product teams Must-Have Qualifications 1–3 years of B2C sales experience (preferably in EdTech, digital, or subscription-based products) Excellent communication in English & Hindi Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Familiarity with CRMs and Google Sheets High ownership, empathy, and a consultative mindset Willing to work on-site , 6 days/week Preferred Background Sales experience in EdTech or parenting/child-related products Knowledge of outbound dialer systems or call center tools Upselling and cross-selling skills using structured frameworks
