Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Source high-quality B2B/B2C leads using Lusha , LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc, and industry-specific directories. Build contact lists of key decision-makers (L&D, HR, Plant Heads, Procurement). Initiate contact through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp messaging, and email. Sales Conversion Conduct discovery conversations to understand client requirements. Share proposals, pitch decks, and relevant training solutions to address client needs. Follow up consistently to convert leads into paying clients. CRM & Sales Tracking Maintain lead and deal records in the CRM platform. Track the sales pipeline, closure timelines, and incentive eligibility. Provide regular reports to the Sales Lead/Business Head. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, content, and case studies. Liaise with training delivery and operations teams for smooth onboarding. Desired Candidate Profile 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or lead generation. Hands-on with tools like Lusha , Sales Navigator , Apollo , CRM, and Google Sheets. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure. Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA/BBA preferred.
