Job Summary: The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing logistics and supply chain data, generating actionable reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing decision support to the operations and supply chain teams. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update logistics-related databases and dashboards (orders, shipments, delivery timelines, RTO, NDR, etc.) Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for senior management Analyze courier partner performance (TAT, RTO %, NDR trends, etc.) Track and report delivery metrics like first attempt delivery rate, SLA adherence, and cost per shipment Automate reports and improve data visualization using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets Identify process improvement opportunities using data-driven insights Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and timely updates across internal systems Provide ad-hoc analysis support for logistics and operations teams Key Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) Familiarity with logistics metrics and reporting structures Good analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and coordination skills Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, or related fields (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
