Job Title: Group Head - HR & Admin Reports To: Company Director Location: Western Mumbai Industry: Manufacturing- Jewellery CTC Budget: Up to 40 LPA Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Management · Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. · Oversee talent acquisition for blue-collar and white-collar workforce; develop Aura branding initiatives. · Design and monitor HR metrics to assess workforce performance, productivity, and engagement. · Lead organizational development and change management efforts. · Develop competitive compensation structures, policies, and incentive programs. · Manage employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures. · Drive digital transformation and modernization of HR systems and processes. · Streamline processes for onboarding, employee lifecycle management and managing end to end HR operations · Oversee employee engagement surveys and initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity. Compensation & Benefits · Design and oversee compensation, incentive plans, and benefits administration. · Benchmark salary structures and HR practices against industry standards. · Lead HR digitization efforts (HRMS, attendance systems, payroll automation). Compliance & Statutory · Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws and industry regulations (e.g., Factories Act, ESI, PF, Shops & Establishments Act). · Liaise with statutory bodies and government departments for inspections and compliance audits. · Maintain accurate employee records as per legal requirements. Administration · Oversee general administration, including facility management, housekeeping, maintenance, security, etc. · Manage company assets, communication, etc. · Supervise administrative budgets and optimize operational costs. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) · Promote a culture of workplace safety and ensure adherence to safety norms and environmental policies. · Implement training programs related to fire safety, first aid, and emergency preparedness. Culture & Employee Engagement · Build a high-trust, high-performance culture. · Oversee employee engagement surveys and initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity. Qualifications & Experience: · Postgraduate in Human Resource Management / MBA-HR or equivalent. · 20+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup. · Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and industrial relations. · Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
