Job Title: Sales Trainer Location: Bangalore, India Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs focused on sales techniques, business development strategies, and industry-specific insights, especially within the e-commerce and quick commerce (Q-commerce) landscape. Key Responsibilities: Design & Deliver Training: Develop and conduct engaging training programs for our sales and business development teams, with a focus on e-commerce, quick commerce, and D2C business models. Sales Skill Development: Equip teams with core skills such as prospecting, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, closing, and consultative selling. Onboarding Programs: Create and implement comprehensive onboarding modules for new hires to quickly ramp them up on industry knowledge and sales processes. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the Sales Enablement and Product teams to ensure all training content is aligned with Epik's offerings and market positioning. Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through assessments, feedback, and sales KPIs. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools in the D2C and q-commerce space to incorporate into training programs. Coaching & Mentorship: Provide 1:1 coaching and development plans for underperforming or high-potential team members. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in sales training or enablement, preferably in e-commerce, q-commerce, or D2C environments. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, business development strategies, and go-to-market approaches. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with Enablement platforms is a plus. Proven ability to prepare training materials, inspire, coach, and drive results through structured learning. Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
