We are committed to: Excellence Responsibility Empowerment Connectivity Courage Job Summary: As the Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and administration of reward programs within your assigned region. Your focus will be on ensuring that compensation and benefits practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations. While you will have a strategic outlook, your primary accountability lies in executing regional reward strategies effectively and efficiently. Job Description: Develop and implement regional reward strategies aligned with global guidelines and tailored to local market conditions. Partner with global reward teams to project manage implementation of global initiatives and ensure consistency across regions. Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure regional competitiveness and compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with HR business partners and regional leadership to address compensation-related issues and support talent management initiatives. In collaboration with HR Managers, conduct job evaluations for the new roles and ensure consistency with global Job Architecture framework. Create and maintain data analytics and reporting tools to monitor and analyze regional reward trends and metrics. Minimum Requireme nts: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a regional or country-specific role. Strong understanding of regional compensation practices, regulations, and market trends. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
