Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Summer Intern to join our On-Field Sales team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to medical device sales and customer engagement across clinics, hospitals, and optical outlets. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in identifying and visiting potential clients (eye hospitals, clinics, optical stores). Demonstrate and explain product features to healthcare professionals. Support in organizing product trials and presentations. Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to the sales and product teams. Maintain daily records of visits, leads, and client interactions. Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the ophthalmology space. Ideal Candidate: Undergraduate or MBA student (preferably with a background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or Marketing). Strong interest in medical devices and field sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, with a willingness to travel within the assigned region. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
