Role Overview: As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of 3-4 recruiters, focusing on driving team performance and contributing to the firm's overall growth. You will lead by example by personally closing senior-level roles, while guiding your team to meet and exceed their recruitment targets. With the freedom to collaborate closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of your branch and the organization. Key Responsibilities: Team Management (40%): Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 3-4 recruiters to achieve their individual and team targets. Hands-on Recruitment (40%): Actively work on filling senior roles, leveraging your industry expertise and network to close high-value positions. Collaboration & Growth (20%): Work with senior leadership on strategies for team development, growth, and process improvements. Contribute ideas and solutions to scale the business. Key Deliverables: Achievement of individual and team recruitment targets. Development of recruitment strategies to enhance performance. Successful closure of senior roles for key clients. Continuous improvement of team skills through mentorship and leadership. Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in Team Management role. Proven track record of closing senior-level roles. Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Ability to collaborate across departments and with senior management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach. Experience in RE & FS preferred
