Joining: 1st August 2025 Qualification: LLB (Full Time from Well Recognised Law School) Experience Required: 2 years full time Location: Jogeshwari West, Mumbai Pay Scale: CTC INR 30,000-45,000 per month Work Days: Monday to Friday Work Timings: 11am - 8pm Job Description The Junior Associate (In-House) will be responsible for evaluating and interpreting contractual documents for review, risk assessment, relevancy and privilege with utmost care for a Media industry client. This is a full time role on the payroll of the firm. The work entails: Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide variety of commercial customer and vendor contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS licensing agreements, MOUs and other commercial agreements and other complex commercial, technology, and strategic partnership agreements across overseas jurisdictions. Catalogue, manage and ensure validity of the said contracts. Liaise and interpret contract terms in support of template development and contract authoring, as requested Demonstrate sound judgment Attend any internal meetings as needed, to help be aware of actions and next steps related to the processing of the contract Additional Information Knowledge of legal principles in relation to contract law, marketing/advertising law, data, intellectual property, licensing, data privacy, and dispute resolution.
