As an HR Manager, you will be the face of HR on the ground with our employees and leaders, championing the development and execution of talent initiatives that drive our success. You'll be a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and support across the entire employee lifecycle. Accountable for providing advice, guidance, and support to leaders in the execution of talent programs and processes, proactive advising, and raised employee issues. Role & Responsibilities Work on multiple tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, general admin matters. Oversee and manage various C level and other projects on behalf of the executive team. Build HR, administrative best practices, policies and procedures across various teams Lead and build a professional HR organization. Manager the company risk, governance and compliance. Proactively anticipates and drives the execution of the HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings across all domains of the HR portfolio. Provides proactive and insightful advice and guidance to leaders related to HR processes and programs. Understands the data environment and leverages insights in support of talent strategy development and execution. Provides mentorship and guidance to internal HR stakeholders, encourages continuous learning and professional development, and stays current with the latest industry trends. Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures. Talent management: recruit, develop and guide the company to retain talent. Manage vendor and customer contracts. Help the company build/implement system and intelligence for client retention. Work with multiple teams to coordinate various tasks. Qualifications 4 years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Manager. Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills. Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations to business problems, projects, or initiatives. Demonstrated experience leveraging data and insights in influencing differing stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment. Advanced experience leveraging business and organizational insights in the enhancement of programs or processes. Advanced experience managing multiple, competing priorities. Demonstrated experience building trust and relationships with differing stakeholder groups.
