Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Interior Designer at Cafer Intero. The Junior Interior Designer will be responsible for tasks such as space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E selection. Some work from home is acceptable, with the role primarily located in Mumbai.Qualifications Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design skills Experience in Construction Drawings FF&E selection knowledge Strong creative and visual skills Proficiency in relevant design software Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field • Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. • Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available. • Meeting with clients and presentation for design. • Coordinate among multiple Sites in Mumbai. • Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. • Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required. • Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts. • Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans. • Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients. • Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required. Skills • AutoCAD Basic minimum (Reading AutoCAD drawings is must) • Revit or any 3D design software is a plus and may help in Payscale. • Negotiation skills • Site management • Vendor Management • Ready to Learn • Time Management • Presentation Skills • Creative to think out of the box
