Job Title: Health Relationship Manager – Sales (D2C – Tele-Sales Representative) Location: Thane Employment Type: Full‑Time Role Overview As a Health Relationship Manager – Sales , you will be the primary point of contact for leads and existing customers across all our channels (D2C digital campaigns, corporate partners, referrals, etc.). You’ll build rapport quickly, understand each customer’s context, and recommend the Livlong services and insurance solutions that best fit their needs. Your goal is to drive upgrades, cross‑sells, and renewals by delivering a consultative, empathetic sales experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead Outreach & Engagement ● Respond to inbound and warm leads within 24 hours of engagement. ● Conduct outbound follow‑ups on campaign responders, event attendees, and partner referrals. Consultative Selling & Cross‑Sell ● Identify customer needs based on click history, current plan details, and conversational cues. ● Present Livlong offerings in a benefit‑driven, conversational style. ● Customize pitches to each customer’s situation: individuals, families, or corporate employees. Seamless Activation & Support ● Guide customers through plan upgrades, add‑on activations, and insurance enrollment in real time. ● Schedule and execute next‑day callbacks when customers request time to decide. CRM Management & Collaboration ● Record all interactions, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM. ● Share insights with Marketing, Product, and Operations to refine offerings and messaging. Customer Advocacy & Retention ● Act as the customer’s voice internally, relay feedback and suggest service enhancements. ● Drive renewals and prevent churn through proactive check‑ins and value reinforcement. Success Metrics (KPIs) ● Conversion Rate: Percentage of contacted leads who purchase or upgrade. ● Average Revenue per Lead: Upsell/cross‑sell revenue divided by leads engaged. ● Response Time: All new leads contacted within 24 hours. ● CSAT Score: Post‑interaction satisfaction scores. ● Renewal Rate: Percentage of customers who renew or extend plans.
