Job Description: Team Lead – .NET Core | SQL | React Position Title: Team Lead Experience Required: 8+ Years Location: Indore Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to lead a cross-functional team. The core technologies for this project are .NET Core, SQL Server, and React, with exposure to Azure and GitHub Copilot being desirable. Primary Skills .NET Core: Strong expertise in designing and developing scalable backend services and APIs using .NET Core. SQL Server: Proficiency in writing complex, optimized SQL queries and managing database operations. React JS: Hands-on experience in building modern, responsive front-end applications using React and JavaScript. API Development: Ability to design, implement, and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration. System Design & Architecture: Strong understanding of application architecture, code reviews, and technical leadership. Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading development teams, driving project delivery, and mentoring team members. Secondary Skills Azure (Cloud): Basic knowledge or experience in using Azure services for cloud-based application deployment. GitHub Copilot or Similar Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot is a plus. CI/CD & DevOps Collaboration: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and working closely with DevOps for smooth delivery. Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams, sprint planning, and delivery tracking. Documentation & Communication: Effective in creating technical documentation and communicating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality code and on-time delivery. Drive architecture and design decisions in alignment with project goals. Develop backend services, front-end interfaces, and manage data flow using .NET Core, React, and SQL Server. Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and Business Analyst to ensure seamless project execution. Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with SQL Server – writing and optimizing queries, managing stored procedures, and data performance tuning. Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end development practices. Strong knowledge of .NET Core and backend service integration. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Nice to Have: Exposure to Agile development methodologies. Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
