We represent Polyseam based in the UK and experienced in the Fire Stopping Business for 25 years. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Segment Manager - Firestop Division (Project Sales). The Segment Manager will be responsible for driving project sales, managing firestop projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and liaising with clients. Other key responsibilities include coordinating technical support, conducting market analysis, maintaining customer relationships, and providing after-sales support. Qualifications Strong project sales, market analysis, and customer management skills Team handling Experience in firefighting solutions and compliance management Technical aptitude for understanding and providing firestop solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields Experience in the construction or safety industry is a plus Certification or training in passive fire protection is beneficial
