Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, providing accurate information and ensuring customer satisfaction. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and improve service quality. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate. Experience: Freshers and candidates with prior experience in customer support are welcome to apply. Communication Skills: Fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting. Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
