Responsibilities End-to-end product listing management  on Commerce platform of Shuru App Coordinating with internal teams and external contacts via email and phone  to resolve issues related to listings, product approvals, content updates, pricing, and images. Maintaining accurate product listings with correct pricing, descriptions, and specifications. Creating, updating, and optimizing listings in bulk via flat files where applicable. Tracking live listings and ensuring timely updates for out-of-stock, pricing changes, and product launches. Identifying listing errors or issues and proactively working on resolutions. Working closely with the warehouse, design, and operations teams to collect product-related information and assets for seamless uploads. Requirements 2+ years of relevant experience in Ecommerce Catalog Management MS Excel skills  should be confident with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, and Bulk Upload templates. Excellent written and verbal communication. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible. Should be proactive and capable of independently handling tasks in a high-pressure environment.
