About the role We are seeking an energetic and motivated SDR to support our mission. This is a full time role that involves active outbound calling. This opportunity is located in Surat .Responsibilities Engage with potential customers by making outbound calls to leads generated through our marketing efforts Understand user needs and explain how BluPack’s services can benefit them and their families. Educate customers about our healthcare solutions and address their questions. Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead conversion rates. Support marketing and sales initiatives by developing presentations and materials. Collaborate with the team to enhance customer engagement strategies. Conduct Market Research at scheduled intervals to gather insights Increase Customer Retention amongst existing users Qualifications Strong communication and listening skills . A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach to work. Ability to work independently while being a team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace . Interest in sales and healthcare technology . Experience in a similar role of about 3-5 years .
