Recent spotlight on amber: Key Expectations Partnership Growth Build and grow relationships with accommodation partners across key markets Drive portfolio expansion by identifying opportunities within existing partnerships Improve property performance through data analysis and recommendations Negotiate partnership agreements Business Growth Analyze market trends and partner performance to find growth potential Develop expansion plans for partners scaling their student housing offerings Build standardized processes for partnership management Implement proven practices that increase occupancy rates and revenue Operations Onboard new partners with training and support systems Track KPIs and provide performance reports with growth recommendations Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams Solve problems and turn them into stronger partnerships Must Haves 6-7 years of experience in B2B Accounts, Outbound Partnership management, Account management, and Business development Track record of driving growth in marketplace and platform businesses Analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and data interpretation Communication and relationship-building abilities Process-oriented approach with experience in SOPs and operational efficiency International market exposure and cross-cultural experience Familiarity with CRM systems, ERPs, Email Campaign Tools and partnership management tools Nice-To-Haves Experience in PropTech, travel, or marketplace industries Background in real estate, hospitality, or student services Revenue Growth Experience with outbound Partners Personal Traits Growth mindset with entrepreneurial drive Collaborative, you work well in cross-functional environments Problem-solver who sees challenges as opportunities Lateral thinking, while having a knack of business critical Details Culturally aware, understanding diverse Cultural ethnicities and nuances, while approaching Internal Peers and Partners.
